"Here on this last day in my wonderful city, I’ve begun to think about it all. I sit here reflecting on what has happened over these last few months. It has occurred to me that the people I surround myself with make my life great. God has blessed me with people who challenge me, inspire me, and hopefully have some type of love for me. So my favorite show ever on MTV The Hills is done. After 6 long seasons of friendships, boyfriends, fashion and drama everybody got old and had to get on with life. I admit I was beginning to lose interest after Lauren Conrad left the show. She was my favorite! I'm gonna miss those kids. Welp I still have The City to look forward to!

AIFW 2010!!!

So next week is the kickoff date for Atlanta International Fashion Week! From July 13-18 will be a week of crazy events and over the top fashion catwalks from trunckshows..runway shows..Fashion Icon Awards..pre parties after parties and the list goes on. AIFW is up and running for it's 4th year and this year is said to be BIGGER and better than last year. It's the #1 event coming to Atlanta. All the other fashion events are irrevlevant if it dosent involve AIFW. I {Mame'} am the newest addition to the Urban Belle Magazine staff. Urban Belle is an online magazine directed towards african american women in Atlanta ages 18-25.
